The basic rate $150 per night with 3 night min./weekly rates $950.

Group of 8 or more $175 per night with 3 night min./weekly rate $1100

There will be a cleaning fee of $100. A cleaning fee of $150. may apply for group or party arrangements.

Absolutely No Pets.
 
Deposit Required Upon Booking. Deposit will be 1/2 of total cost.

Cancellations
1. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure, entire deposit will be forfeited unless another party can be found to occupy the unit.

2. Cancellations are transferable in the event of an emergency.
