WEEKLY RATES

A week is 7 nights and 8 days. Prices range from $2000 to $3000 per week depending on the time of year and the number of guests.

 

DEPOSITS

Half the payment for the Villa rental is due upon booking. Full payment would need to be paid within 30 days prior to arriving.

 

CANCELLATIONS

1) If cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure the entire deposit will be forfeited unless another party can be found to occupy the Villa.

 

2) Cancellations are transferable in the event of an emergency.

 

 

Cabo San Lucas International Airport is located 4.5 miles (7.2 km) northwest of Cabo San Lucas.
